It was an amazing experience to learn paragliding from paraglidingmantra. In just 3 days i was from ground to Air (100+m), all because of the personalized teaching and numerous practice turns we had. I watched other famous groups in the ground having accidents because tutors to student ratio was so less for them, and they got less attempts to practice. Our group had 0 accidents, coz safety was given first priority, we stopped even before winds got stronger, all coz of Arya sir long experience to proactively judge the weather. 🙂
The stay was also very homely, we got good homely food. The farm house has a pool in it. Small hills and lake for hiking. I can keep talking for hours, it was such a good experience.😅

The best team of professionals led by India’s best Acro pilot and Acro trainer “T.J” and podium finisher whose prime focus is only on safety and making a student good and safe future pilot . The team really puts in hard work and ensures students safety at all times . They got me flying in 4 days ! U will be only allowed to fly once u give them the confidence to a safe flight and don’t worry they make sure u get to that point .
Whether u wanna just fly and enjoy, do cross country’s or learn to be an acro stunt pilot , u are the right place

Excellent paragliding experience with PG Mantra at Kamshet. The staff were responsive and experienced, and both myself and my 10 yo had a very enjoyable flight. Expect delays (see the note below) due to weather.
NOTE: The flying is _extremely_ weather dependent, so you may end up needing to wait at the launch site for quite a while. Bring plenty of snacks and water to eat while you wait! Even if you're given a specific time, that's more of an aspirational time, but they won't (well, can't) actually start flying unless conditions are favourable. They also sequence people based on wind conditions, person's weight, and available instructors/paragliders, not by who came first. It could be about 3-4 hours start to finish from the meeting point in Kamshet. (In my case, we had a meeting time of 2pm, actually started flying at 3:45pm, and were back in Kamshet around 5:15)

We flew out to take the 10 day Club Course and are very glad we chose Mantra. We appreciated the high level of attention to safety that TJ and his crew maintained and were happy with the (very few) times that he decided the conditions were too much for us. We saw beginner pilots flying in those conditions and were glad to not be in their situations.
At the end of the course we felt like true pilots...fledgling pilots who can only fly at certain types of places in certain types of conditions...but pilots nevertheless.
Mantra is the only paragliding school owned by a local Kamshet resident. He has continued that local emphasis by making a point of hiring Kamshet based instructors and staff. Much of the delicious food served at Mantra comes from TJ's family farm. When local permission issues rise up for the paragliding sites, TJ takes point for the larger flying community to help smooth things over. I think it added a lot to our experience to know we were supporting that.

I heard about this particular outfit from a friend. Ended up thanking him profusely at the end. These people are professional and very considerate towards your comfort and safety. I somehow never once had a moment of worry. The instructions were all very clear and the ride was just spectacular.
I also noticed that some of the other outfits running out of kamshet were providing shorter rides and they seemed to have less clientele. Mantra is definitely the most popular and rightly so.
I do hope I get to come back again and do a full instructional course.

I started flying with these guys in Feb 2019 and I can surely say that Paragliding mantra is the best flying school in kamshet. They have highest quality of equipment and internationally certified trainers and instructors which makes the learning process truely a bliss and smooth. Classroom coaching and simulator training gives you all the confidence you need for the actuall flights. Moreover the place (their base camp) and the complete team has a great vibe all together. It just feels like home when I am here, the food and comfort of stay is just awesome. Talking about the team, Ganesh, Pravin and Sachin are highly experienced trainers and learning under them is really a fun experience. TJ the head instructor is indeed India’s best acro pilot, learning to fly under him is a pleasure itself, his concern for safety is what makes this all a really great experience. I personally vouch for Paragliding Mantra, if you want to learning flying, this is the best place.

I booked the tandem paragliding option for my mom on her 50th birthday with paragliding mantra. I was nervous since it was her doing it and not me. Experience of the pilots, safety of the gliders, etc. Upon arrival we got a crisp yet clear briefing from the team about how they go about the sport, the science behind it, the safety measures they take. Mind me, they take the safety aspect of it very seriously. We didn't start until the weather was right to take off. Before starting, the pilot explained every detail of the flight she needed to know. How to sit, where to hold, etc. The pilot was extremely clear with his instructions and the take off was as smooth as a hot knife through butter. My mom enjoyed every bit of it. She felt comfortable and safe. The pilot spoke to her throughout the flight ensuring she felt secure. The landing too was smooth.
I'm extremely happy about the experience and I'd recommend everyone to experience their joy of flying with Paragliding mantra.

I have found paragliding mantra on Google also was my first whensolo trip from kothrud,Pune to kamshet. I told them about birthday so they has given me special discount. The whole team treat me as I am their family also we did acro paragliding because they want to gift me something so felt special.we were around 1200feet above the ground.flying with pavan(wind) sir the pilot who is expert also give knowledge about paragliding.

These guys have good experience in the activity and the pilots are quite tenured flying the gliders. They will make you comfortable before the journey and safe during the fly. This is a Safe activity and I would highly recommended visiting this place as it is one of the best places in and around Maharashtra for such an adventurous activity.
